Dark Skye

Dark Skye - Kresley Cole I adored this book. The heroine, Lanthe, is an incredibly sassy feminist. KC did such a fantastic job with her. She is not here for Thronos's slut-shaming. The hero, Thronos, is a really angry (and rightly so) abed yet super endearing. I loooooooovvvvvve their journey together, and how they came together, FINALLY. I hung on every page, and am once again super excited for the series, even at book 15! To mirror what others have observed, I really feel like this took us back to the old IAD stories and didn't feel like filler (cough MacRieve). I forgive KC for MacRieve with this book! :) Squeeeeee. Dark Skye is my second favorite book of 2014, after [b:Magic Breaks|12119529|Magic Breaks (Kate Daniels, #7)|Ilona Andrews|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1383236969s/12119529.jpg|17088822].
As always, I NEED TO KNOW WHO IS NEXT, AND NEED THAT NOW. Especially with the revelations made about Furie and where she is!!! O.M.G. IS SHE NEXT? And while I am at it, when is the next Dacians book? LOVED the overlay of story lines in this one. Perfection.
